When paying with a credit card online for any packages, a la carte or otherwise, there are no refunds unless otherwise specified.

For purchasesmade under a Letter of Agreement, the client understands these fees are nonrefundable. Once an appointment is booked or a purchase is made, there are no refunds with the exception of phone consultations. We will do whatever is reasonable and what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
