This is the best way to touch base with your designer over the phone. Whether you would like to discuss our services, want to reach out about our ongoing project, or simply wish to go over some ideas, this is the place to do it!
When paying with a credit card online for any packages, a la carte or otherwise, there are no refunds unless otherwise specified.
For purchasesmade under a Letter of Agreement, the client understands these fees are nonrefundable. Once an appointment is booked or a purchase is made, there are no refunds with the exception of phone consultations. We will do whatever is reasonable and what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
