Week 4 is finally here. Even though it's technically already Week 5, I fell a bit behind. It may be the first time, but it's probably not going to be the last time. However, I promise I will always get everything posted eventually. Sorry.
This week I have two spectacular recipes that you're sure to love. For Eats, I have an amazing recipe and tutorial for Grilled Wild Caught Cod (inspired by a Portuguese Bacalhau dish) with boiled potatoes and a Peruvian onion salad. It's light and simple but insanely delicious and perfect for a summer day. To add to that, for Drinks, I created this ridiculous Watermelon/Pineapple/Lime Sangria. It's super refreshing and perfect for when you're entertaining. Your friends will love you for it (not that they don't already).
To round it out, I will write all about Being Yourself for the Feel Good page. This is a bit similar to the Know Yourself post, but I'm going to dig a little deeper and possibly pull at some heart strings so be prepared to feel some kind of way. For those of us who aren't millennials or hip to that phrase, you may feel personally attacked. But it's okay, I'm not Regina George, we live and we learn and it's worth the read.
Smile on. Let's Get Sizzlin'!
